Paintball… Fight Together!

In the morning we woke up at 7:30, we had breakfast at 8:00 and at 9:00 we had lessons until 12:30, like every day.  After lunch we went on a trip.  After a 20 minute journey, we arrived in Oaker Wood Leisure centre and we could choose between paintball or the high and low ropes.  All of us chose paintball because it is more fun and exciting to do together.  Before the start, we were scared because nobody had ever done this but at the end of the battle all of us enjoyed it.  When we arrived at Oaker Wood, the staff told us the most important rules that we must respect if we want to play safe.  After this we wore a uniform and helmet.  After some practice we started to play the first match in two teams.  After this and another two matches my team won (the red team).  It was great day and we had a lot of fun.

Wonderful Warwick

I’ve been here three weeks and one of the best days was last Saturday because it was the last excursion with the people from first week.

In the morning we were at Warwick Castle, it’s an amazing place. This is one of the noblest medieval castles in England.  It was developed from an original castle built by William the Conqueror in 1068. What I liked about Warwick Castle was when we entered the castle dungeons and we were told stories of what they did there.

After that we went to Stratford, the birthplace of Shakespeare where he was born in 1564 and spent his childhood years. There are many shops where you can buy typical souvenirs of England. I liked this excursion because we were all together.

Magnificent Liverpool

Last Saturday we went to Liverpool, a big city near the sea. The most famous band in the world, The Beatles, was formed in this place.

It was amazing and everyone had a lot of fun.

We visited the Titanic museum too and we saw the history of the biggest accident in the world. It was very interesting and informative.

We also went shopping: Primark, H & M, New Look, Accessorize, Forever 21, Gap and Adidas.

We went to the Beatles museum, a magical experience, which felt like a dream.

This room is a replica of the place where the music video for one of the most famous John Lennon songs: “IMAGINE”, was recorded.

We found Liverpool a magnificent and modern city.

Maria’s trip to London

Last Saturday I went to London and I went to see the London Eye, Big Ben, the British Museum and Oxford Street.  What I liked the most was Big Ben because it’s a magnificent place that you can visit and Oxford Street because I love shopping.

We travelled by train, it’s a very comfortable mode of transport and I prefer it to the minibus.

In my opinion this excursion was the best.
